This unique formula has been developed with resin wax and polymer, which gives this brow definer non-transfer and waterproof qualities. The result provides long lasting, all day results. Smudge resistant, so you don’t need to worry that a casual touch ruins your makeup.
First dust the product over your brows, and then comb them, going inside to out. Use sparingly at the outer corner where brows are thinner by turning the brush and using the thinner side. The included brush wand is two-sided; one side with bristles spaced farther apart, and the other where they’re closer together. Designed to make sure each strand is evenly coated.
